Quotation for 'Digital Signage Display'

Quotation is invited for ‘Digital Signage Display’ having the specification as attached. The quotation is to be submitted in a sealed cover on or before 31st August’15 before 5.00 PM to GM (CC), MSTC Ltd, 225-C, A.J.C Bose Road, Kolkata-700020.

The price to be offered is to be a consolidated price i.e. price should cover equipment, software, accessories, installation etc.

It may be noted that the final selection would be done on the basis of L1 price irrespective of size.

MSTC Limited has emerged as a major player in the country for promoting e-commerce and have patented the e-Commerce portal namely, www.mstcecommerce.com which has become an immensely popular tool for transacting business over the internet in a most transparent and fair manner.To further increase the transparency and fairness, and to provide a platform for increasing sales, MSTC is pleased to announce the launch of an e-Mall for sale of Raw Materials, Semi-finished & Finished goods online.

We have designed an innovative new platform where products from several sectors like finished steel, pig iron, Infrastructure, reusable Heavy Industries, hardware, scrap material etc. can be viewed by millions of buyers throughout the country and purchases can be made instantaneously or via a Letter of Credit. The details of the modus operandi have been attached as an annexure.

Plans are afloat to launch the e-mall by the first week of October 2015 and you shall be able to showcase your various products on the portal. As an initial promotion, the sellers that will sign an agreement with us before 25th Oct 2015 will be given One year free listings on the portal for any number of products and stockyards.

INFORMATION TO SHAREHOLDERS

In 48th AGM of the company which was held on 27.9.2013,dividend of 300% for the year 2012-13 has been declared for payment to the shareholders. Dividend will be given to those shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members on Record Date i.e.19th September,2013. Dividend Warrants will be dispatched shortly to the shareholders at their registered addresses.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 154 of the Companies Act 1956 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company will remain closed from 20th September ‘2013 (Friday) to 27th September’2013 (Friday) (both days inclusive) during which period no transfer of shares will be registered and 19th September’2013 (Thursday) has been fixed as "record date" for the purpose of taking on record the list of Shareholders for entitlement of dividend for the year 2012-13, if declared in 48th annual general meeting which is scheduled on 27th September, 2013, notice of which have been sent to shareholders on 02.09.2013.

Invitation for Expression of Interest(EOI) for Supply of Raw Materials and Joint Venture

MSTC is planning to set up a first of its kind Auto Shredding Plant in India for the processing of End of Life Vehicles (ELVs) and other White Goods for the production of ferrous and non-ferrous shredded scrap. In India the demand for steel is driven by the automobile and the construction industry. Secondary steel producers in India use shreddable scrap for production of steel by the Electric Arc Furnace method or the Induction Furnace method. Scrap goods which contain steel can be recycled without any significant loss in its properties. Thus shredded scrap becomes an important input material for the secondary steel industry.

The existing un-organised method of processing of metal scrap results in lesser recovery rate as compared to international standards and is not consistent with international pollution and environmental norms. MSTC thus decided to tackle issue by introducing a mechanized Auto Shredding Plant in India. The plant will shred End of Life Vehicles (ELVs) and other White Goods that have reached the end of their useful life in an environmental friendly way. The output of the plant will act as the raw material for secondary steel production and lead to sustained development of the Secondary Steel Industry in India.

The capacity of the proposed main Shredding Plant is expected to be 40 tons per hour(TPH).

The plant is being set up in the State of Gujarat and there will be collection centers in the suburbs of Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Indore and Jaipur for facilitating the procurement of ELVs and white goods. The material can be supplied from any part of the country.

For the purpose of implementation of the above mentioned plant, MSTC invites Expression of Interest(EOI) from interested parties for:

· Joint venture

· Supply of raw materials in bulk on a regular basis

Importer of Hazardous Waste

This is to notify that MSTC Ltd. has been registered as importer of Hazardous Waste on behalf of actual user by West Bengal Pollution Control Board vide "Memo No. 351/3 S-198/2009 dated 28.07.2011" for import of following wastes:

Henceforth, the following Consultants appointed by MSTC for sourcing business shall no longer be considered as empanelled Consultants of MSTC :-

In other words the names of these Consultants have been struck-off as they failed to procure any business so far on behalf of the company. Therefore, they will not be entitled to any commission even if any business is generated at a future date.
