MSTC VIGILANCE
Vigilance Department,
MSTC LTD handles all the vigilance matters of MSTC. This department is
headed by Chief Vigilance Officer. He is assisted by Assistant Chief
Vigilance Officer.
The main
objective of the Vigilance Department is to develop transparent functioning
without fear and favour by system improvement, watcfulness and by taking
required preventive and punitive actions.
MSTC
strives and desires to reach its Customers and Principals for soliciting their
feedback and expectations for the customer friendly and transparent
functioning of MSTC.Suggestion,grievancesand complaintswill be dealt with
all seriousness and all necessary steps would be taken for enhanced
satisfaction and confidence.
Suggestion
and grievances can be given in writing and through e-mail but complaints
should be given in writing giving full address and signature.
Suggestion
MSTC is
making all possible efforts to make system of MSTC working customer
friendly and transparent. We are sensitive to your problem faced with MSTC
and solicit your suggestion for better functioning of MSTC and for your
enhanced satisfaction. Suggestion can be made to any of the Regional
Managers/ Branch Managers, General Managers, Chief General Managers, Chief
Vigilance Officer and to Chairman.

Grievances
If you
have any grievance against any MSTC officials or any of the system followed
by MSTC, you are welcome to express your grievances clearly so that they
can be redressed in the best interest of yourself and MSTC.

Complaints
If you
observe that at any particular place any irregularities are going on or any
of the official of MSTC is indulging in corrupt practices we request you to
make a written and signed complaint to Regional Managers/ Branch Managers,
General Managers, Chief General Managers, Chief Vigilance Officer and to
Chairman as per your recess and perception. While making complaints it is
given for your information that any anonymous pseudonym complaint are not
investigated. They are simply filed except in few exceptional cases where
verifiable facts are given in the complaint and approval of CVC is taken.
It is also given for your information that if you make a complaint under
resolution of Public Disclosure your identity would be kept secret. For
such a case one should not give any reference of his identity in the main
complaint letter because the complaint would be forwarded for
investigation. The main complaint should be forwarded through a signed
forwarding letter where your full identity is disclosed. It is also given
for your information that the complaint should not be mischievous/baseless
and out of personal grudge. Against such complainants suitable legal action
can be taken.
