Rate of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) : All interested registered buyers shall be required to deposit in advance non-interest bearing EMD at the rate of Rs 200/- per tonnes with MSTC Limited before participating in the e-Auction.

Mode of EMD Payment :

EMD may be deposited by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘MSTC LIMITED’ payable at Kolkata.

The buyer can deposit the EMD at our office MSTC Limited, Dept Coal Cell, 225 F 2nd Floor, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata. Apart from the above address buyer can also submit the EMD at any of the office of MSTC. For detail of MSTC Office please click here.

Buyer are requested to mention their buyer number at the back side of the DD/PO.

EMD will be accepted upto the last working day prior to the date of e-auction. Bidders sending EMD by post/courier, may do so at their own risk. MSTC will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and will not entertain any claim on that account.
