Venue: MSTC Limited, Head office, Plot no.CF-18/2, Street No.175, Action Area 1C, New Town, Kolkata - 700156 आयु, जाति, पीडब्ल्यूडी (यदि लागू हो), योग्यता, अनुभव और पिछले 2 वर्षों के वेतन पर्ची/वेतन पर्ची/वेतन प्रमाण पत्र के समर्थन में सभी दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को सत्यापन के लिए सभी मूल दस्तावेज और उनकी एक प्रति साथ लानी होगी। केवल वे उम्मीदवार ही साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होंगे जो सत्यापन में सफल होंगे। All documents in support of age, caste, PWD (if applicable), qualification, experience and pay slip/salary slip/ salary certificate for last 2 years, shall be verified. Candidates are required to bring all original documents and one set of copy of the same for verification. Only those candidates who clear verification shall appear for Interview. सभी अभ्यर्थियों को अपने दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के लिए कॉल लेटर और फोटो आईडी प्रूफ की एक प्रति के साथ निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर परीक्षा स्थल पर रिपोर्ट करना आवश्यक है। All candidates are required to report to the venue on the stipulated date and time along with a copy of the call letter and photo-ID proof, for verification of their documents. लाए जाने वाले दस्तावेजों का विवरण विज्ञापन में दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन अनुभाग में विस्तृत जानकारी के अंतर्गत दिया गया है।Details of the documents to be brought are provided in the Advertisement in Document Verification section ( ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION NO. 1/2024). कृपया ध्यान दें कि यदि पद के लिए आवेदन में दी गई कोई भी जानकारी सत्यापन के दौरान मूल प्रति के साथ समर्थित नहीं हो पाती है, तो उनकी उम्मीदवारी इस स्तर पर रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उन्हें साक्षात्कार में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Please note that if any Information provided in application for the post cannot be supported with original during verification, their candidature shall be cancelled at this stage and will not be allowed to appear for the interview. कृपया ध्यान दें कि यदि साक्षात्कार निर्धारित तिथि पर पूरा नहीं हो पाता है, तो इसे अगले दिन भी जारी रखा जाएगा, जिसके लिए उम्मीदवारों को तैयार रहना चाहिए। Please note that in case the interview cannot be completed on the scheduled date, the same shall be continued the next day for which the candidates should be prepared. उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि आप हमारी कॉर्पोरेट वेबसाइट (www.mstcindia.co.in ) पर नोटिस में दिए गए शेड्यूल के अनुसार, अपने खर्च पर और अपनी व्यवस्था के अनुसार कोलकाता में अपने रहने की व्यवस्था करें। इसके अलावा, चयन प्रक्रिया की तारीख या स्थान में बदलाव के किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।You are requested to arrange for your stay in Kolkata, as per the schedule given in the notice on our corporate website (www.mstcindia.co.in ) at your own cost and on your arrangement. Further, no request for a change of date, or venue of selection process shall be entertained.
व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार और कार्यक्रम / PERSONAL INTERVIEW & SCHEDULE	इस पद के लिए साक्षात्कार आमने-सामने आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जैसा कि चयनित उम्मीदवारों की सूची में दर्शाया गया है। The interviews for the post are scheduled to be conducted face-to-face as indicated in the list of shortlisted candidates. सभी अभ्यर्थियों को उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने से पहले कार्यक्रम में किसी भी परिवर्तन के लिए एमएसटीसी की वेबसाइट www.mstcindia.co.in/careers अवश्य जांच लेनी चाहिए। All candidates are mandatorily required to check the MSTC website www.mstcindia.co.in/careers before appearing for the above process, for any change in schedule.
यात्रा भत्ता (टीए फॉर्म) / TRAVELING ALLOWANCE (TA FORM) Click to Download TA Form (PRINT FORM)	आपको आपके निवास स्थान के निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन से कोलकाता और वापसी तक के सबसे छोटे मार्ग का द्वितीय श्रेणी ए/सी रेलवे किराया प्रतिपूर्ति किया जाएगा, बशर्ते कि वह 50 मील/80 किमी और उससे अधिक की दूरी पर हो। रेल मार्ग से नहीं जुड़े स्टेशनों के बीच सड़क यात्रा के लिए, उन्हें वास्तविक बस किराया या सड़क माइलेज 10.50 रुपये/किमी की दर से भुगतान किया जाएगा, जो भी कम हो, बशर्ते कि सड़क द्वारा तय की गई दूरी प्रत्येक तरफ 20 मील/32 किमी से अधिक हो। The candidates will be reimbursed 2 tier A/c railway fare by the shortest route from the railway station nearest to their place of residence to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles/80 k.m. and above. For road journey between stations not connected by rail, they shall be paid actual bus fare or road mileage @ Rs. 10.50/k.m., whichever is less provided the distance covered by road is more than 20 miles/ 32 k.m. each way. इस प्रयोजन के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को वेबसाइट नोटिस से दावा प्रपत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा और साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होने के समय यात्रा टिकट/बोर्डिंग पास, रद्द किए गए चेक की एक प्रति, या बैंक के पहले पृष्ठ को संलग्न करते हुए एक विधिवत भरा हुआ फॉर्म जमा करना होगा। पासबुक (यदि आवेदन के दौरान अपलोड नहीं किया गया है)। टीए के लिए उपर्युक्त किसी एक या सभी दस्तावेजों को जमा न करने की स्थिति में, आवेदन अधूरा माना जाएगा और कोई टीए स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। यात्रा भत्ते की स्वीकार्यता एमएसटीसी द्वारा तय की जाएगी और स्वीकार्य राशि बाद में बैंक खाते में भेज दी जाएगी। For this purpose, candidates are required to download the claim form from the website notice and submit the duly filled form at the time of appearing for interview, enclosing travelling tickets/ boarding pass, copy of cancelled cheque or first page of bank passbook. The admissible amount shall be remitted to the bank accounts subsequently.
किसी उम्मीदवार की अयोग्यता / DISQUALIFICATION OF A CANDIDATE	यदि कोई भी अभ्यर्थी अपनी आयु, विकलांगता और जाति (जहां भी लागू हो), योग्यता, अनुभव, वेतन के समर्थन में कोई मूल प्रमाण पत्र/ प्रशंसापत्र/ मार्कशीट प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उसे आगे चयन प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। ऐसी स्थिति में, यात्रा करने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को कोई यात्रा भत्ता नहीं दिया जाएगा। In case any candidate fails to produce any Original Certificate/Testimonial/Mark Sheet in support of his/her Age, Disability and Caste (wherever applicable), qualification, experience, pay, declared by him/her, the candidature of the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for making the journey.

अस्वीकरण: उपरोक्त कार्यक्रम में परिवर्तन हो सकता है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए रिपोर्टिंग की तिथि से पहले वेबसाइट की जाँच करें। उम्मीदवारों को यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है (विज्ञापन संख्या 01/2024 देखें) कि उनकी उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम है और प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रशंसापत्रों और मेडिकल फिटनेस के बाद के सत्यापन के अधीन है। यदि चयन के किसी भी चरण में या उसके बाद यह पाया जाता है कि कोई उम्मीदवार पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करता है और/या उसने कोई गलत/छेड़छाड़/झूठी जानकारी/प्रमाणपत्र/दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किए हैं या किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य को छिपाया है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। यदि नियुक्ति के बाद भी इनमें से कोई भी कमी पाई जाती है, तो उसकी नियुक्ति समाप्त की जा सकती है। DISCLAIMER:The above schedule is subject to change. It is also clarified (Refer to Advertisement No. 01/2024) to the candidates that their candidature is Provisional and is subject to subsequent verification of certificates/ testimonials & medical fitness. In case it is detected at any stage of selection or thereafter, that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/ or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/ doctored/ false information/ certificate/ documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after engagement if any, his / her engagement is liable to be terminated.
