NOTE

COLLECTION OF TRANSIT FEE ON SUPPLY OF IRON ORE :

As per Government of Chhattisgarh order NMDC Projects shall collect the transit fee @ Rs 7/- per tonne for transportation of Iron ore by Rail/Road from the successful bidder and the same shall be paid to the C.G Forest Division.

The Transit fee will be in addition to Royalty, Sales tax/VAT, forest development tax, forest permit fee and labour welfare cess or any other statutory duties, levies and taxes etc., applicable at the time of supplies or that may be introduced in future are payable by the successful bidders.
