Venue: MSTC Ltd., 2nd floor, 225 –F, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata- 700020 (near Beck Bagan Crossing, opp. La Martiniere School for Girls)
All documents in support of age, caste, PWD (if applicable), qualifications and experience shall be verified. OBC candidates should produce latest certificate regarding their belonging in ‘Non-creamy layer’. Candidates are required to bring a valid original photo ID Proof with address proof, preferably Aadhar Card along with all original documents for verification. Candidates working in PSU/Govt. are required to produce No Objection Certificate.
Only those candidates who clear verification shall appear for next selection process.

Selection Process
|
Personal Interview.
|
Group Discussion (GD) followed by Personal Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of performance in Written Test and GD.

Candidates who are shortlisted in Group Discussion shall appear for Interview held after completion of GD. The entire process may continue up to 7th April, 2017 late evening. Therefore, outstation candidates are advised to come prepared for stay at Kolkata for the aforesaid period.

Call Letter
|
Call Letters for GD (for MTs) and Interview (for AMs) shall be sent by email. Intimation shall also be sent by sms to registered mobile no. In case any candidate, whose name appears in the short-list, does not receive the call letter, he/she may appear for the same at the venue and stipulated time on the given date along with all documents specified above.

Caste Certificates
|
Candidates belonging to OBC require to produce latest Non Creamy Layer certificate in proper format, failing which they shall be considered as General Category candidates.
|
|
NOC from employer
|
Candidates working in Government/ PSU should bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.
|
|
Traveling Allowance
|
The Candidates will be reimbursed return 2nd class railway fare by the shortest route from the nearest railway station of mailing address up to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles and above. For road journey between stations not connected by rail, they shall be paid actual bus fare or road mileage @ Rs. 7.00/k.m., whichever is less provided the distance covered by road is more than 20 miles/ 32 k.m. each way.
The candidates are required to download the claim form HERE and submit duly filled form at the time of appearing for GD/ interview, as applicable, enclosing tickets, copy of cancelled cheque or first page of bank passbook. The admissible amount shall be remitted to the bank accounts subsequently.

Disqualification of a candidate
|
In case any candidate fails to produce any certificate/testimonial/mark sheet in support of his/her qualification, age, disability and caste declared by him/her, or fails to furnish ‘No Objection Certificate’ from his/her employer, wherever applicable, the candidature of the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for making the journey.
