SELECTION PROCESS: Selection for Management Trainees will be based on online Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Interview. Selection for AM (Systems) and AM (Law) will be based on online test and interview. Selection for all posts at sl. no. 1& 2 shall be based on Interview. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.
CAREERPATH
The Management Trainees will be on induction training for 1(one) year. After successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager in the same scale of pay and put on probation for 1(one) year. Candidates for all other posts shall be on probation for 1(one) year, after which they shall be confirmed to the post, subject to satisfactory performance.
