Verification of Documents
|
All candidates are required to carry with them a valid photo ID proof for verification. All documents in support of age, caste, PWD (if applicable), qualification and experience shall be verified. Candidates are required to bring all original documents for verification and one set of copy of the same.
Only those candidates who clear verification shall appear for interview.

Selection Process

Call Letter
|
Call Letters for Interview shall be emailed to the candidates at the email id provided in their application.
In case any candidate, whose name appears in the short-list, has not received the call letter, he/she may appear for the same at the venue at stipulated time on the given date along with a photo identity proof of name & address.

|
Caste Certificates
|
Candidates belonging to OBC require bringing Non Creamy Layer certificate in proper format, failing which they shall be considered as General Category candidates.
|
|
NOC from employer
|
Candidates working in Government/ PSU should bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.
|
|
Traveling Allowance
|
The Candidates will be reimbursed Travelling Allowance for the shortest route from the mailing address up to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles and above.(Please retain all tickets for this purpose)
Also download the TA form here and a copy of Cheque/Cancelled cheque/bank passbook/ internet banking statement is to be submitted along with the ticket for TA reimbursement.

Disqualification of a candidate
|
In case any candidate fails to produce any certificate/testimonial/mark sheet in support of his/her qualification, age, handicap and caste declared by him/her, or fails to furnish ‘No Objection Certificate’ from his/her employer, wherever applicable, the candidature of the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for making the journey.
