SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR APPEARING IN THE SKILL TEST
FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR COMPUTER ASSISTANT (JCA) and STENOGRAPHER
We are pleased to declare the names of the candidates short-listed based on CBT
held on 11.11.2018 (Sunday) for Skill Test subject to verification of the documents.
The names of candidates shortlisted for appearing in the Skill Test to be held
on 2nd and 9th DECEMBER, 2018
respectively for the post of Junior Computer Assistant
at various locations and Stenographer at Kolkata are as under:

No candidates for the post of RCTO secured the minimum qualifying marks,
hence, none of the candidates could be shortlisted for the said post.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Candidates who could not download Admit Cards may appear at the examination centre
with a photo ID and address proof (original with one photo copy) and a passport
size photograph.
Candidates will be reimbursed 2nd class railway fare by the shortest route from
the railway station nearest to your place of residence to the respective venue and
back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles/80 k.m. and above. For road
journey between stations not connected by rail, they shall be paid actual bus fare
or road mileage @ Rs. 8.00/k.m., whichever is less provided the distance covered
by road is more than 20 miles/ 32 k.m. each way. For this purpose, candidates are
required to download the claim form the website notice and submit duly filled form
at the time of appearing for verification, enclosing travelling tickets/ boarding
pass, copy of cancelled cheque or first page of bank passbook (if not uploaded during
application). The admissible amount shall be remitted to the bank accounts subsequently.

All documents in support of age, caste, PWD (if applicable), Ex- Servicemen (if
applicable), qualification and experience shall be verified. Candidates are required
to bring all original documents for verification and one set of copy of the same.
Only those candidates found eligible after document verification will be allowed
to appear for skill test. Date, time and venue of skill test is mentioned in the
admit card.

Skill test for the posts of JCA shall be based on
Computer Application (Computer basics, Windows, Ms-Office , C Programming &
Internet,
etc.)
Skill test for the post of Stenographer shall be based on Stenography and Computer application
(Computer basics, Windows, Ms-Office)
|
|
Persons with disability should contact the Chief Test Administrator of the test
venue at least one hour before the time of the examination for assistance in seating,
if needed. Visually Handicapped candidates who require to engage a scribe for the
written examination are required to fill the particulars of the scribe in the format
from here and send it to

by 30th November, 2018.
Selection Procedure:
In case any candidate fails to produce any Original Certificate/Testimonial/Mark
Sheet in support of his/her Qualification, Age, Disability and Caste or any other
details declared by him/her, or fails to furnish ‘No Objection
Certificate’ from his/her employer, wherever applicable, the candidature of
the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in
the selection process any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the
candidate for making the journey.
Further candidates working in Govt. /PSU are required to additionally produce ‘NOC’
for participating in the selection process failing which the candidate will not
be allowed to appear in the process any further.
Candidates are advised to check the website before the date of Skill
Test.
