कृपया ध्यान दें कि यदि साक्षात्कार निर्धारित तिथि पर पूरा नहीं हो पाता है, तो इसे अगले दिन भी जारी रखा जाएगा, जिसके लिए उम्मीदवारों को तैयार रहना चाहिए। Please note that in case the interview cannot be completed on the scheduled date, the same shall be continued the next day for which the candidates should be prepared.

उम्मीदवारों को वैध और मूल फोटो आईडी प्रमाण के साथ साक्षात्कार कॉल पत्र की एक प्रति लानी होगी। राशन कार्ड और लर्नर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस वैध आईडी प्रमाण नहीं हैं। The candidates are required to bring a copy of this interview call letter along with valid and original photo ID proof. Ration card & Learner’s Driving License are not valid ID proof.

यात्रा भत्ता (टीए फॉर्म)/ Traveling Allowance (TA Form)

उम्मीदवारों को उनके निवास स्थान के निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन से कोलकाता और वापसी तक के सबसे छोटे मार्ग का द्वितीय श्रेणी रेलवे किराया प्रतिपूर्ति किया जाएगा, बशर्ते कि वह 50 मील/ 80 किमी और उससे अधिक की दूरी पर हो। रेल मार्ग से नहीं जुड़े स्टेशनों के बीच सड़क यात्रा के लिए, उन्हें वास्तविक बस किराया या सड़क माइलेज 8-00 रुपये/ किमी की दर से भुगतान किया जाएगा, जो भी कम हो, बशर्ते कि सड़क द्वारा तय की गई दूरी प्रत्येक तरफ 20 मील/ 32 किमी से अधिक हो। You will be reimbursed 2nd class railway fare by the shortest route from the railway station nearest to your place of residence to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles/80 k.m. and above. For road journey between stations not connected by rail, they shall be paid actual bus fare or road mileage @ Rs. 8.00/k.m., whichever is less provided the distance covered by road is more than 20 miles/ 32 k.m. each way.

इस प्रयोजन के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को वेबसाइट नोटिस से दावा प्रपत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा और साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होने के समय यात्रा टिकट/बोर्डिंग पास, रद्द किए गए चेक की एक प्रति, या बैंक के पहले पृष्ठ को संलग्न करते हुए एक विधिवत भरा हुआ फॉर्म जमा करना होगा। पासबुक (यदि आवेदन के दौरान अपलोड नहीं किया गया है)। टीए के लिए उपर्युक्त किसी एक या सभी दस्तावेजों को जमा न करने की स्थिति में, आवेदन अधूरा माना जाएगा और कोई टीए स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। यात्रा भत्ते की स्वीकार्यता एमएसटीसी द्वारा तय की जाएगी और स्वीकार्य राशि बाद में बैंक खाते में भेज दी जाएगी। For this purpose, candidates are required to download the claim form from the website notice and submit a duly filled form at the time of appearing for the interview, enclosing traveling tickets/ boarding pass, a copy of the canceled cheque, or first page of bank passbook (if not uploaded during application). In case of non-submission of any one or all the above-mentioned documents for TA, the application shall be rendered incomplete and no TA shall be admissible. The admissibility of travel allowance shall be decided by MSTC and the admissible amount shall be remitted to the bank account subsequently.
