Instructions to bidders
Customers have to fill up and sign the mandate form (format enclosed) duly countersigned and stamped by their bankers. Along with the form, customers have to submit a copy of their I Card duly certified by public notary and the Indemnity Bond (as per format) to be executed on Non-judicial Stamp of Rs.100/- (Rs.200/- for Maharashtra) or Affix Special Adhesive Stamp of like value if executed on plain paper. The Indemnity Bond is to be typed and not hand written.
In case the indemnifier is a limited Company, a certified copy of the Board Resolution authorizing furnishing of the Indemnity may please be annexed therewith.

On receipt of all documents, the same shall be verified and if found to be in order, the facility of RTGS for the bidder shall be enabled. Only thereafter, a bidder will be able to exercise his option for seeking refund of EMD through RTGS.
At present, there is no charge for refund of EMD through RTGS. However, MSTC reserves the right to levy charges for refund of EMD through RTGS in future.
